I find all staff friendly, approachable, professional and caring, ensuring the little things are addressed too, like painting mum's nails. All of this is conducive to a supportive, engaging environment. I am relieved to have found Willow House, it feels welcoming, from walking through the front door to leaving after visiting I feel content that she is well cared for, by a caring staff. This gives me and my brother peace of mind that she is safe.
