There are significant benefits of being outside on physical and mental wellbeing.
At Willow house enjoying the great outdoors is encouraged. As well as an outdoor garden area with its own outdoor summer house. Being in the East Neuk there is a lot to see right on our doorstep, but Willow house also has access to a minibus with residents enjoying regular outings to places of interest in Fife and further afield. Outings are chosen by residents and feeling the sun on your face or the wind in your hair always raises a smile.
