Residents and staff at Craigie House and Alexander House came together in the true spirit of Red Nose Day, donating £130 to Comic Relief while enjoying a week of fun-filled activities that brought the whole community together.

Residents and team members at Alexander House Care Home and Craigie House Care Home in Crossgates came together on Thursday 5th March to celebrate World Book Day, embracing their own theme that “there is something special about books.”

At Preston House, Glenrothes and Craigie House, Crossgates, it’s been a vibrant week of celebration of culture, creativity and community.

Residents at Almond View Care Home in Drumchapel recently enjoyed a planned day trip to Millport, on the Isle of Cumbrae. Travelling by ferry from Largs and taking in the beautiful coastal scenery along the way. And despite our wonderful, changeable weather, it was a thoroughly enjoyable day, finished with a relaxed lunch before the return journey home.

Beechwood Care Home is celebrating a fantastic sporting achievement after being crowned winners of the Fit-Baw “Fit for 90” Care Home League, reclaiming the title they last held in 2019.
