The latest Care Inspectorate report praised Roselea House's warm and welcoming environment, highlighting the kindness of staff, strong relationships with families and the high standard of care and support provided to residents.
To mark the achievement, residents, relatives and team members enjoyed an afternoon of home baking, refreshments and smiles as they proudly celebrated the positive inspection findings together.
Inspectors noted that people living at Roselea House benefitted from "very good management and leadership" and were cared for by staff who knew them well and treated them with kindness, dignity and respect. Families spoke highly of the care their loved ones received, while inspectors observed a welcoming and homely atmosphere throughout the service.
The report also highlighted the home's person-centred approach to care, strong links with families and the local community, and the commitment of staff to supporting residents to live meaningful and fulfilling lives.
