What Families Say About Us

Since my dad arrived at Lomond View, he’s been treated with care, respect, love, and fun. The staff not only cared for him but supported me during a difficult time. I’m humbled by all you do. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Kelly Mulholland
Service Manager

Kelly has worked in the care sector for 20 years and has been with Holmes Care Group for three years. She began her career as a Care Assistant at Stratheden Psychiatric Hospital and later worked extensively in community care, experiences that shaped her strong belief that life in a care home should feel positive, meaningful and fulfilling.

Kelly joined Holmes Care Group as a Care Assistant and progressed quickly into senior and management roles. After supporting Lomond View in 2022, she began her management journey as Deputy Manager before taking on her first Service Manager role in 2023. When the opportunity arose to return to Lomond View as Service Manager, it felt like a natural fit.

She has a particular passion for end-of-life care, which she approaches with sensitivity, dignity and compassion. Kelly holds SVQ Levels 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care and is currently working towards SVQ Level 4. She is also first-aid trained.

Kelly is extremely proud of the Lomond View team and the care and compassion they show residents every day. Recent inspection feedback has been very positive and Kelly is excited about the future of the home. A future offering residents strong community connections, peaceful surroundings and a warm, welcoming place to call home.
