The visit formed part of ALTRAD’s commitment to community engagement, giving members of its team the opportunity to support a local organisation and make a positive difference in the area where they work.
Located just over the road from Craigielea, the care home was a natural choice for the initiative. It also holds particular significance for several members of the ALTRAD team, making the opportunity to spend time at the home and enhance its outdoor surroundings especially meaningful.
The volunteers focused their efforts on sprucing up the gardens at the front of the home, creating a brighter outlook for residents, families, colleagues and visitors to enjoy.
