Welcoming Tracey Howell

We are excited to introduce (and welcome!) the newest addition to our senior team at Holmes Care Group - Tracey Howell.

Tracey has recently been appointed Operations Director for the Group.

Tracey’s key responsibilities are leading the operational teams to enhance and enrich the quality of life of Holmes Care residents, whilst promoting the development of Staff Teams, as well as leading the operational performance of the company on a day-to-day basis.

Tracey brings with her a wealth of experience in the Health and Social Care sector, having worked in the sector for 36 years most recently serving as Regional Manager for 8 years at Four Seasons Health Care.

Commenting on her appointment, Tracey said,

I am delighted to join the Holmes Care Group; I feel that Holmes Care’s care values align with my own. I am excited for this new chapter in my career and look forward to the challenges of the role.
